The Blue November MicroFilmFest was designed for the true filmmaker
and the art of film. This festival focuses on the people behind the creation of film, music, words and art in all forms. The event is FREE to everyone.

All entries should be presented in DVD format.

... Due to the large volume of entries, the films will not be returned.
... All entries should represent the original work of the artist.
... Complete entry form & send with each individual entry.
... Any promotional materials should be sent with the entry.
